How can I get in touch with you? Email is the absolute best way to reach me! You can send all inquiries and project questions to keriajco@gmail.com. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for a response to your initial email.

What are your operating hours? I am available during standard business days. Please expect a 24 to 48-hour response time for ongoing project communications. Keriajdesigns is closed on weekends and all major holidays.

Are our consultation calls recorded? Yes. To ensure no details are missed, all Zoom meetings are recorded for reference. By choosing to work with Keriajdesigns, you consent to these recordings.
Booking & Payments

Do I need to pay a deposit before work begins? I require 100% of the payment upfront before any design work officially starts. I do not accept partial payments or deposits.

What payment methods do you accept? All services must be paid in full either at checkout or via an official invoice. I accept all major credit and debit cards.

What is your refund policy? Keriajdesigns operates under a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final, unless I personally have to cancel your project.

What if I need a design service that isn't listed on your website? I am always open to new ideas! Simply fill out the Inquiry Form with the details of your custom project. I will review your request to see if our visions align and if it's a good fit for Keriajdesigns.
Turnarounds & Revisions

How long will it take to get my designs? Standard design services usually take between 2 to 10 business days to complete once all your content is submitted via the client portal. For larger custom packages, initial drafts typically take 10 to 14 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in these timeframes.

Do you offer expedited or rush delivery? Yes, if you need your project moved to the front of the line, a $60 rush fee can be applied (please note this is not available for full branding or website design). Keep in mind that requesting revisions will naturally extend your final delivery date.

How many revisions do I get? Every standard project includes three complimentary rounds of revisions. If you need further tweaks beyond those three, additional revisions are $35 each (this fee structure does not apply to full packages or web design).
Client Responsibilities & Project Management

What happens if I forget to send my content or miss a deadline? All necessary information, photos, and forms must be submitted within 7 days of booking. Failure to provide your content on time will result in a $75 late fee, or your project may be subject to cancellation.

What is your policy on ghosting or lack of communication? Consistent communication is key! If you go unresponsive for 15 business days, a $125 restart fee will be required to resume work. If 30 days pass with no communication, your project will be automatically terminated with absolutely no refund.

Can I put my project on hold? You can request to pause your project for up to 30 days. However, approval is at the discretion of Keriajdesigns and may be denied if it heavily disrupts my current booking schedule.

Under what circumstances would Keriajdesigns cancel my project? I reserve the right to immediately terminate any project without a refund if a client violates store policies or exhibits unprofessional or disrespectful behavior.

Will my finished project be posted online? Yes! I love showing off my clients. Unless we have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement on file, Keriajdesigns reserves the right to use your final designs on social media, in my portfolio, and for other marketing materials.
